The QBMS Sales Prospecting (Q/SP) module is a full contact management system. Q/SP manages customer and prospect contact information, including advising of follow-up activities required during both pre-sales and post-sales time frames. Q/SP is integrated with the QBMS Accounts Receivable, Order Entry, Billing Control and Sales Analysis modules. Q/SP supports: the ability to setup and maintain multiple simultaneous marketing campaigns, either direct mail or telemarketing; integration with various word processors for the mail merge function; a user-defined standard letter library; a separate file for tracking personal contacts; automatic mail merge capability; and a fax server for immediate outbound sales literature delivery.
