Attendance is limited and pre-registration is strongly recommended. On-site registration is possible only if space permits.

Dress: casual business attire is appropriate.

Group Rates: when three or more registrants from a single company register together, the third and all additional registrants receive a 10% discount.

Cancellation Clause

In the event of cancellation or changes, registration fees will be refunded if written notice is received two weeks prior to the event. Cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the event are subject to a $150 service charge. If you must cancel, you may substitute another attendee in your place. Confirmed participants who do not attend their scheduled session are liable for the entire fee. Program subject to change without notice.
