Administrative Executive Assistant to President

UniForum Association is seeking an experienced executive assistant to support the president and to oversee human resource administration. Duties would include all administrative duties for president, planning board of directors meetings (including hotels, ground travel, etc.), take and prepare board of directors minutes. Manage yearly board election. Serve as Human Resource Administrator overseeing all aspects of HR including benefits, policies, hiring, etc.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in a similar position. Excellent computer skills are needed including experience in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint. You should be able to prioritize and work without supervision. Must be a take charge person able to handle urgent, high pressure assignments.

Membership/Marketing Manager - Association

UniForum Association is seeking an experienced marketing/membership manager to take charge of membership acquisition and renewal, sponsorship, communications and sales liaison programs. The manager will also integrate membership marketing programs with the marketing efforts for out extensive conferences, seminars, publications and web-based information sources.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal for outbound marketing collateral and for the marketing web pages of the association. Web marketing skills a plus. You should have 3-5 years experience in managing similar programs, preferably in management. This position calls for a take-charge person with strong interpersonal skills.

Information Systems Manager

UniForum Association is seeking an Information Systems Manager. You will be responsible for overall management of UniForum Information Systems. Duties include hardware and software maintenance of SCO Unix and NT servers with Win95, NT workstation and MAC clients; Informix database analysis and design, maintenance of UniForum's TCP/IP and AppleTalk LAN; technical design and management of major Web site.

The ideal candidate will have strong IS management skills; strong SCO Unix background and be knowledgeable in X86 PC's, MS-Office, Eudora, PC TCP/IP, with ability to perform systems analysis, provide support and software training to staff. Good communication skills, verbal and written and BA/BS or equivalent in computer science/systems analysis required.
