Ad materials may be submitted in two ways:

--GIF files on a Macintosh formatted floppy diskette, with hard copy for checking.

--Hard copy fax clearly identifying the ad(s) you are placing, plus the URL where we can find and download your ad(s).

GIF file specifications:

Banner ads can be up to 450 pixels in width and 108 pixels in height, at 72 dots per inch. The file size should not exceed 50K.

Square Box ads can be up to 270 pixels in width and 108 pixels in height, at 72 dots per inch. The file size should not exceed 30K.

Small Box ads can be up to 162 pixels in width and 137 pixels in height, at 72 dots per inch. The file size should not exceed 25K.
